The fine print.

Nuda Season collects only the information needed to process your order and stay in touch — name, contact details, shipping address, payment information, and any preferences you share with us when you sign up.

We never sell your data. We share it with the service providers who help us run the store (payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery) under contracts that require them to protect it.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@nudaseason.com.

By placing an order with Nuda Season you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where stock is unavailable or where there has been a clear pricing error, and we will refund you in full if that happens.

All imagery, copy, and design on this site is the property of Nuda Season and is not for redistribution.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

• Australia — Free over $150. Flat rate under threshold.
• New Zealand — Flat rate, calculated at checkout.
• International (UK, US) — Calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liner in place. Sale items are final. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty.
